So the CPIP improved club penguin, and gave me the idea of SEIP. Here is a list of what we should try and accomplish through this.
I’m currently making the Sleet army site. It is not another new army, just an army meant to fight for sleet when necessary. Just because the army on a page on this site doesn’t work that well.

The two had different e-mails.
The one that said Dee, u suck whatever he did’s e-mail was. fgr@virgin.net , and his website was suprisingly http://danrose.wordpress.com/ .
The other freshzac, who’s saying he’s innocent etc… Hi e-mail is vmzkg@yahoo.com . He also has no url.
What do you guys think. Danrose also happens to be Wombat’s wordpress account. Coincidental, don’t you think?

Andrew575: Yes, I have been thinking about that. I’m not sure whether we should have an election, or if I should just choose another assistant myself. I’ve decided that I will leave Ideaman’s name there and when a new assistant is election, I will leave it up there that Ideaman was the first assistant and the previous one.

Update: This is really sad (and bad) for us. ACPE1 (Who was Ideaman also) retired. He was the one who really brought Sleet Empire to its current position. At out start, he really brought us up, more then I did. His great ideas and knowledge of everything really worked well together. He first had the idea of a Parliament, which grew later to the House of Lords on our feudalist society. He first had the idea of lots of other things. And because of his amazing deeds to Sleet Empire, I’m going to create a Sleet Empire Hall of Fame, where all the retired people will have their names written down in eternal glory. I will record the people they thanked, the reasons they had for retiring, and what they did. But DON’T retire just to get your name on the list.
Update: Sorry about the party (This is Andrew) I was on vacation (And still am) so it was really hard for me to get online to a 2 or 3 hour party in New York City. Maybe scheduling one while I’m on vacation was a bad idea…
Ideaman made a HUGE point in a comment a while ago. Sleet should be a place where people can have fun, not a Police State. So we are going to cut back on our Military Actions and stuff and focus more on fun stuff! So I’m going to schedule a party for anyone who wants to come! And police and soldiers, don’t come as police and soldiers, come ready to have fun! Here are the dates and times:

Good News for Us! Sleet has been pardoned!
Andrew575: Yeah, being friends with lots of high-ranked people can really pay off sometimes. I kinda knew about this for a while but then forgot to post it…. sorry about that! And we really shouldn’t go to war now… we really aren’t an army in the first place, and if we fought with the Nachos, we would be fighting lots of our allies, and if we fought the Nachos, that wouldn’t turn out that well, I’d be fighting so many of my friends. So for this war, we’re officially neutral.
Well it’s in the title,Sleet’s been offically pardoned by the Nachos. [Personally If we wern't I'd go suck up to Abercrombe29 , but thats a different story]

I don’t know whether we ought to participate or not. I’m aware that a lot of us here are in “Small Armies” such as RPA, umm etc…
There also are some of us in “Major” armies. Like ACP [I'm a Brigadier, ACPE1'S a lieutenant], Nachos [Andrew , Nachos Lt.], RPF [Jedi-Millitary Marshal, ACPE1-Colonel], UMA [Jedi-Chief, IDK about any1 else]…..

Nachos, ACP, RPF, UMA, and IW, the time has come to Execute Order 67. If army leaders would please, copy and paste this post and keep it up for a few days at the least. Please read with caution, the post below will explain everything.
The time has come. Nachos, ACP, RPF, UMA, and IW are all forming together to form an ultra alliance, and we have delcared war on all smaller armies ( with a few exceptions ). We are not doing this b/c we are scared of your 2 man army threats or your commitment to the bigger armies, we are doing it b/c of these reasons:
1. Most of you have not tried to make a good commitment to the ANTA or the bigger armies.
2. You are stealing ANTA assigned servers w/o officially declaring war and making a scheduled battle.
3. Smaller armies are starting to think they are better and are mocking it and then they get their ass kicked later. Most of you want war, so we’re going to give you a war.
We are all sorry for those smaller, innocent armies, but there is obviously no way we can all go through 250 small 2 man armies just to find the bad ones. So we are giving the smaller armies 3 options:
Option 1: Surrender your army and end it
Option 2: Surrender your army and start following ANTA rules.
Option 3: Go to war, get unified, and have a chance of winning or losing.
We are not leaving every smaller army in the dust to try to organize a big army. We have already suggested your alliance and your leader. Your suggested leader by us is Mr. Deedledo. He is the leader of the Club Penguin United Nations. Clubpenguinunitednations.wordpress.com Theres the site. We’ve already took the liberty of scheduling a meeting too. Dont be alarmed if you arent able to make it or dont see this post. The scheduled wars wont be for another few days. Here is the time, date, and place of the meeting:

Pardons: Pardons are being handed out to branches off of this 5 army alliance. For example, If a smaller army leader is a HIGHER rank in one of the Alliance, they wont have to go to war. Or if an army started out from one of the big 5, for example: ACP – SSACP, RPF- TRA. If you have any questions or complaints, GET OVER IT.

Teams
hey everyone! I’m in Philadelphia for now, and I’m going to New York City, Trenton, and Hamilton (New Jersey) and coming back sometime in late July. I will be able to post because I have access to internet (My brother brought his laptop)
There are a lot of multiplayer games in club penguin-so we should have teams for all of them, who go around and play other teams! For example, there could be a Hockey Team, a Find Four Team, etc. So comment if you want to start a team, and get people to join!

Jedi: Cool I just came back from NYC! I got Gucci sunglasses, and a prada handbag, chanel no.19 perfume, and Ralph Lauren, and Abercrombie, and Hollister stuff. It was fun! Can I manage hockey? BTW I’m not in Nachos, and there war with CPUN is pointless, and I belive its just gonna blow over. Besides I jot promoted to Brigadier in ACP!, and RPF Millitary Marshal [one of the top 4 ranks in RPF], I might join nachos too, but IDK. Personally I prefer ACP because I was a Captain in ACP to start, and RPF General in the beggining. I gues sI’m just not one of those people who like to start at the bottom and work there way up.
Emergency Training
I will post the date and times either later tonight or tomorrow. But this is for ALL citizens. Police and Military Members, please come, we especially need you to help train everyone. Also citizens in another army… please come as well.
I wonder if we could draft people that aren’t our citizens into Sleet Empire. I wonder how we could do that… I know Jedi kinda already suggested that, but I don’t mean just training. I mean basically recruiting at will. We need more people. We grew amazingly when we were a rebellion, but now I think we’re similar to any other army because we aren’t in a Huge War for our Freedom from a Huge Army. ANY ideas are totally welcomed. How could we draft people that aren’t already our citizens. Maybe it’s impossible because we don’t have authority over them, but I’m sure there’s a way…

Report/ Draft Proposal
I saw several mobs of penguins, names forgotten attacking the citizens of Sleet.They were partially black, and some orange. I also found the existence of a noobarmy. The Dark Ninja’s, who I sucessfully infiltrated. I also found a gang of boys harrasing a girl. Repeatedly calling her nerd, idiot, star wars fan, even Gay which I don’t know how you can say on club penguin but whatever.
Draft Proposal
I propose a draft of all Sleet Citizens. The conditions are:
- To go through an 1/2 hour of emergency training per week. I’m sure youcan do at least half an hour. [Hopefully]
- Basic Strategy Tactics
- A bitof war history [D-day, Civil Wwar] etc… which I will post. Its not going to be like school because I hate school as much as anyone, just a bit of info.
- anything else I missed, or Andrew or anyone else wants to add.
NOTE* This is not final, and only a proposal.

Martial Law Declared
Because what happened recently could have been a major conflict, there will now be a Martial Law. I am asking everyone to patrol Sleet for only 5 minutes a day. Just report any armies you see on the server. Don’t let them know you’re from Sleet Empire, don’t try to stop them, I will organize a S.W.A.T. Team to go and push them out.

No War
Well we won’t be going to war with MRF. Hattrick first suggested that we share Sleet, but then I pointed out that Sleet was our only server. We eventually agreed to this: MRF will try and get another server to replace Sleet. But if they can’t do that by negotiating, we will fight alongside MRF to get them another one. BUT there are some conditions:
1. We will not fight an army that has someone in Sleet Empire and that army
2. We will not fight any of our allies, or anyone in CPUN
So yeah…
