Commissar-My second in command,
Brigade- 8 people- 6 will spy on indivdual armies-and 1 will handle Administrative duties- Such as forwarding letters to me and that sort- Secretary [ Basically an Aide to the Brigadier]-and the Brigadier will head it all.
Sergeant- Leads a squad of spies- 3 people
Corporal- Second in command of a squad- Heads a squad if a seargent is missing.
Spy- Veteran

I’m just trying to get one server, out of your oversized empire of 49 servers, which if you can’t control crime in your own capitol, you shouldn’t be controlling.

I thought police force was meant to make sure people follow laws…
Andrew575: That’s when we get enough citizens so some might actually break the laws. I know it might be TOO trusting, but I don’t think anyone will break any laws until we gain independence.
erm…We need a strike team what i mean by strike team is a small group of penguins that strike at random places and retreat then strike somewhere else.If we do get a strike team could I be leader of it?
Tidle Fin: Nice idea, but in cp wars, if you retreat, you retreat. People will get mad at us if we retreat and then five minutes later attack.

Since you can’t capture or kill a penguin do you think that criminals can be punished by being stalked and having their lives interfered with in other ways?
Andrew575: Yeah. If we attack them whenever they are on Sleet, they will eventually leave, and the problem will leave with them. That’s my plan
